Sustain STEPS® performance report – April 2015

Five Sustain STEPS® to Excellence courses were held during April, with a total of 52 delegates attending from organisations across East Anglia. Their feedback was extremely positive, with 99.52% giving the overall course delivery a positive rating and 98.63% giving a positive rating for the course content. Milestone reached as 500 health visitors complete Sustain STEPS®

The Sustain STEPS® to Excellence course has hit an important milestone after training its 500th health visitor. The acclaimed programme was piloted in East Coast Community Healthcare in March 2013 and has since been rolled out across the east of England. An anticipated 1,000 health visitors – the equivalent of 8% of the national population – due to complete Sustain STEPS® by the end of this year.
